Which games can you play online on the 3DS rn?

Hey there, there's a couple of games I'd like to play with my friends on the 3DS in online mode, but I'm not sure which games can be played online rn, if anyone can tell me which games can be played (and what I can do on them) let me know.

This is the list of games:

Mario Party Star Rush
Mario Party Top 100
Mario Kart 7
Project Mirai DX
Super Mario Maker 3DS
Animal Crossing New Leaf
Super Mario 3D Land

Also wanted to know if you could play online with DS games? like Mario Party DS?

this is on the wii though, does it also work out with the ds?

I think the service is the same on the wii/ds
