These days ,I was banned from the 3DS pretendo Network in MK7(Mario Kart 7)

But I don't know the reason because I never used cheat in MK7 online and offline.

So please teach me reason and is it possible to cancel ban？

It may just be that the version of luma3ds is down. I think you can't connect to Pretendo unless you have luma version 13 or higher.

my luma3DS is the newest ver(13.3.2) so i think there're other reasons.
