I encountered that Oblivion user earlier today. They used a hacked set similar to the image shown, but they had a Creator Talisman (I believe it was +12) with Arcana on it, which is impossible to get legitimately. Also, Oblivion started bombing me after the quest was done.

Unfortunately for me, I have no visible proof because I didn’t take the situation seriously enough.
