Error 022-2613 Help?

Hello, I'm trying to link my Pretendo account and I'd like some help.

I get this error when I enter the code I got from my email, which hasn't been verified due to the website having high traffic.

Please help whenever you can, thank you!

• make sure your PNID isn’t the same as your NNID
• make sure you are actually entering the correct info
