#Pretendo seemingly unavailable from russia now

Hello!
I don't really know whether this is fixable or not, but in any case this may be helpful since people will see this and won't create more support issues regarding this.
From what i've heard, roskomnadzor has started blocking Cloudflare by IPs, and since Pretendo seems to be protected by cloudflare (including the http apis used by wii u and 3ds iirc) there's now no way to access Pretendo from russia without proxying all internet connections from your console through a VPN, which might be very challenging to set up for many (especiall non-tech savvy) people.
The easiest solution would be to create a hotspot on an android phone with the "allow connected devices to use the vpn connection" setting enabled. That seems to bypass the restrictions set by roskomnadzor.
Though if anyone knows an easier method, I'd really like to learn about it.

:(

I have the same issue with Rostelecom (Russia)

which ISP do you have? rostelecom does not work for me, but Beeline does... (unfortunately only on nat type D)

However, it's a massive DDoS attack happen to several providers, first these rats attacked a hosting where my site runs, and soon they went away, and started to attack others. My friend tell that Rostelekom and small providers that depends on it now feels ill.

And so, I ask you to VERIFY all the tech stuff using special tools (traceroute, curl, WireShark, SpeedTest, etc.), do tests as clear (no proxies or VPN tunnels), and tunneled. And do similar test from different ISPs, or use Mobile Internet as a "second provider", I do have them different, my phone runs Megafon, but wired Internet is by Beeline.

#

Some of my resources are hosted at company that uses RETN and Megafon channels to access the Internet and maintain the stability of network.

Just in a case, I asked my buddies at another chat to verify the accessibility to the host and optionally tell their ISP names to confirm where it fails.

Related to this, my friend from Khabarovsk who uses Beeline too, reported that he can't access today in the UTC+3 morning. At me from Moscow region is fully accessible from Beeline and Megafon.

I only have problems with Splatoon, so I decided to see if anyone else has the same problem...now it's clear that Roskomnadzor is acting up (I'm crying /hj)

I'm afraid that the hotspot method won't work, but I'll try it out rn

Upd!:
Hotspot (MegaFon) + VPN does not work at all. After I tried to connect to WiFi (Rostelecom) again and everything worked fine! but then "The connection has been lost."
well...

And ye, these DDoS rats who attacking Russian companies, seriously overloaded international channels

#

Some of this mess ran on shared servers with Github Actions (possibly infected by malware Azure hosts)

I guess it all will be fixed, when Rostelecom returns to “normal” state
