situation :No friend code will be issued and the message will show as ???

I can't access pretendo and can't play online.

I tried all the solutions I found in my search. I suddenly realized I didn't remember if I authenticated my email address, so I wonder if that's the cause.

Is there a way to resend the email? I can't log in with my 3DS and can't change the email.

If it works it should display a message about it being a domain for the consoles?

SYSNAND CTRNAND Select data → Select 32 characters →sysdata → 00010032 → Select 0000000 copy to 0:/gm9/out (edited) When done, press X on 00000000 to erase.

I researched this method myself and tried it. I was able to change my Nintendo friend code, but I couldn't access pretend.
