i am in bed, can't go to my 3DS rn,but when I enter it, there's 2 buttons,one with pretendo and the other with Nintendo

When I press Pretendo and go to settings-> Nintendo Network this appears

and go back to Pretendo

I did what piplup said,activate Nintendo,go to the eShop,get out, activate pretendo and when going to nnid seconds,it should make you login into pretendo
