Hello Pretendo Team and guys

I have a problem. I was recently banned from Pretendo, but I honestly don’t know why. I haven’t used any cheats, hacks, or done anything against the rules. I was just playing normally.

Could you please check what happened and let me know the reason for the ban? If it was a mistake, I would be really thankful if you could lift it.
