So not an "issue" perse unless it's stopping other types of lights from showing up but for a while now anytime I close my 3DS this blue spotpass light comes on, yet when I open it there's no spotpass anywhere. No notification no blue dot nothing. I am assuming this is a pretendo thing since I'm on pretendo network. So like what's going on here. (Picture attached is from a few days ago but it's still happening as recently as literally right now)

Not manually but I did remove the battery recently bc it wouldn't turn off otherwise at one point
idk if that would've changed it

Power off the console.
Then hold

while turning on the console
Then do not let go of any of them until the console boots into a system update screen or 30 seconds have passed (in that case, hold the power button to force shutdown)
If you get to a system update screen, just cancel it
