Mii Plaza Error Code: 005-4270 (SOLVED)

Im not sure if this is a pretendo issue but anytime I try to open up Mii Plaza it says I have no save data and to redownload it, every time i try i get Error Code: 005-4270 and it tells me to go to the home menu, any ideas?

You have to switch to Nintendo
