Getting this error too on Luma v13.3.2 when trying to access PNID settings - seems to be intermittent as i had the error when logging in but then it went away and now trying to get past the post-login login (lol) gives me that error again

seems like the temporary fix is to just keep logging in until it randomly works, but a permanent fix would definitely be good
