So I was playing some levels on smm1 until I came across a level that turned you into something totally different which is Pac-Man it looks like. I think it’s a hack or mod from the creator of the level or maybe it’s not?

I think it confuses some people cuz it confused me for sure considering that I haven’t played anything Mario related in years and you wouldn’t expect to be anything else but Mario.

and even if somehow this were a hack, if it's cosmetic it is almost always allowed (example: in Splatoon, it is permissible to play as Rival Octolings)
