They recently got this error code, and we can't figure out why:
022-5432
I am guiding them through the best I can and they are on the server, trying to use the credentials they used when making it on the website. However, when they do so, it doesn't seem to work?
They also report system crashing whenever they try to switch between nintendo and pretendo servers? If anything else crops up I'll add to but I'd like to help best I can with this! Thank you^^

They should join this server and ask themselves as it’s harder to assist with someone relaying to someone else
The fix for this error is switch to Nintendo network, open eshop and then switch back
Make sure to search for your error before you ask, too. There’s hundreds of threads just like this that’s answered in less than 3 messages

i try to swap to the nintendo servers, screen goes black, i re-open nimbus after 20 or so seconds of rebooting, and the servers are still set to pretendo

yeah, reinstall luma3ds either from universal updater or github and make sure boot.firm is on the root of the sd card
you want it to say booted from SD instead of NAND at the bottom screen

No you just download luma 3DS from the GitHub then put it back onto your sd card and it’ll ask you to replace the files

Also they shouldn’t be redirecting you here. Make sure you ask them how to get Luma booted onto the SD card without mentioning Pretendo at all

I meant to say since the problem was mainly a pretendo acc issue beforehand
