so as i know hidden gear is ok but i also saw a mod that turns every sub weapon into insta bomb is that banable because they said it needs no hash

NoHash itself is okay

that said it can be used for illegal cheats. for instance, giving Suction Bomb and Kraken to Splattershot Jr. is not acceptable, you must use the stock Splat Bomb and Bubbler that come with the weapon

therefore, if every weapon has the same sub-weapon (Burst Bomb), then this is considered an illegal cheat

that being said, if you use such cheats in private rooms where the other players in the room agree to such usage, then that's different
