i realized it was pretendo servers that wasnt letting me connect back to the internet, i js went back to nintendo servers and the internet works fine

I can help the same thing happened to me

#

In the beginning of the 3ds pretendo guide, there will be a few .ips files

#

and in your 3ds, you will have these .ips files + some .ips files not mentioned in the pretendo guide.

#

delete the extra ips files

#

and your wifi will work
