Badges got deleted because of save data

So years of hard work got deleted and now I'm pissed. So anyone knows how to get them back?

do you got a backup of your 3ds' sd card contents? just from any point. itd also be useful to tell me what you were doing when these got deleted

you can import badges with a homebrew program I don't remember the name of, so you just need to find a PNG for every old badge
