You're able to log in perfectly fine, in fact, you need to do so to validate your email, as you can only enter the code you got via miiverse (juxt) on your system

Just go to system settings and log into your pnid the same way you would an nnid, via the button at the top

Then, once you've logged in, go to miiverse and enter the code you were given in the email you received
