yeah possibly a bad nat

#

go to internet settings and run a connection test and tell me the support code in the bottom right hand corner. if you have a nintendo switch then run an internet test on that (connected to the same network) and tell me the nat type it says, theyll both do the same thing but switch is easier

try restarting your modem/router and console and try again, make sure there isnt any large metal object or something between your console and the modem or any metal object on top of your console
