Cannot link 3DS (Error: 022-5432)

I've region swapped my Japanese 3DS after my north American motherboard broke.

This has been an issue for quite sometime now, and I have been unable to get pass this issue.

switch to nintendo network, open the eshop, then switch back

youll need to go to the nintendo homebrew server, tell them the error code and ask for a soap transfer

I have got eshop working when in nintendo, not on pretendo but that's expected.

However PNID isn't working Unfortunately
