Smash and Alpha Saphire online won't work

Hi, as the title says, I cant get access to the online services of both games, I just get a screen with the error prompt :

"002-0110: The service for this program is no longer available, thank you for your interest."

For Alpha Saphire, when I try to go on any option of the PSS menu, I get the error, I took the screenshot after try the gts option

For smash I get the message ofter go in the online option from de main menu screen

I though pretendo network already got those two games working, idk if I did something wrong or I'm missing something
