#My NNID and PNID are impeded by Nimbus failing

Now go back to system settings > NNID settings. I assume you don't have a PNID linked to your 2DS yet
When asked, choose "Link existing NNID" if it's a Pretendo account that you made via https://pretendo.network (or via a different console previously), otherwise choose "Create". Then proceed with the instructions. If you get an error, please tell the error code.
If there is currently a NNID (from Nintendo) linked to this 2DS console, make sure your Pretendo account (PNID) doesn't have the same username as that NNID, otherwise it won't work.
