Every time I try to create a new pretendo account, it says that the PNID is already in use. When I try to change the password for the user, I never get any emails about changing the password. So basically I can't login into my id so I can't play splatoon. what do I do?

When I'm linking the pretendo user on my wiiu does it matter if the DNS is on "auto-obtain"

the DNS is for SSSL

you don't need it

So when I'm linking the pretendo account to my current nintendo ID account should I be using the custom firmware?

Because when I try to do it it tells me to type in the pretendo user ID, which I do not know 😦

And the password it's asking for both of them but I don't know what they are

it's not a Nintendo Network ID anymore

you have to make a new user

and add your Pretendo account

you keep two users, one for the NNID and the other for the PNID

It worked! There was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part since I thought It should be almost the same as on the nintendo network ID
