What im asking is that if Pretendo could find a way of making a DNS server were you can put it into your 3ds internet settings. Like with how you can using wiifmmfi on the wii and ds. Without hacking you 3ds to do so since it would make it even easier to play online.

yeah, there's currently no known DNS exploit for the Nintendo 3DS. you must homebrew your console, though that's becoming less difficult as time goes on.
