Swapdoodle?

I tried to get into swap doodle and I said okay to the online stuff, it took me to parental controls to enter my birthday and I did, it then gave me this error message after a second. anyone have a solution?

Switch to Nintendo Network

And remove the parental controls

Never had them on in the first place

But I checked

Got the same error as before
