Hello, Pretendo team! i have a problem which raises a lot of questions for me...

I cant boot up or use Miiverse, it just shows me the loading screen with globe and miis, then just stays like that
I cant boot up or use Wii U Chat, i get an error message which says: Error Code: 102-2482
My wara wara plaza is not online and doesnt have any games in it just the boring old default plaza...
