Oh I have had this problem before all I did to fix it was to go to "wiiuexploit.xyz" on my Wii U to fix it but if that will not work you can try https://wiiu.hacks.guide/aroma/sd-preparation.html again

Maybe the sd didn't load properly on mine it happens countless times. When this happens, I blow on the SD slot and insert the SD without any problems!
