It was as it said something in my email about my payment status being incomplete

I just checked when we definitely payed as my mom told me she saw something on her credit card as a payment last night

Ok so my mom showed me the email and it said we were charged but a card was not detected i think its due to her using apple pay to pay for it i can’t show the email as it has her credit card stuff on it so once i get home as like i said i’m at the dentist my mom will pull up her credit card statement so she can show you guys also why don’t you guys use pay pal as honestly it would make things a lot easier that way

Issue on Stripe's end, you're good now. If you have your Discord account linked to your PNID unlink it and relink it to get your roles

PayPal is a payment processor, just like Stripe. PayPal is not a payment method, the way things like Visa, Apple Pay, etc. are. Stripe does not support PayPal since, as mentioned, it's a competing processor (this would end up being just Stripe redirecting to PayPal really, and then Stripe getting none of the kickback from the payments). In order to support PayPal we would essentially need to duplicate the existing Stripe infrastructure using the tools PayPal provides (which, from my past experience using PayPal's tools for handling payments in other projects, is less than stellar), and it's already hard enough managing a single payment processor

Having PayPal as an option is not completely off the table, we just don't really have to man power to securely manage 2 whole payment processors efficiently
