Has anyone had this issue before. For some reason, the Wii U I am using through ssl has stoped getting the latest stages. It’s still letting me go online, but whenever I am the host, it brings everyone to the wrong stage and gameode. I am hoping the new boss file fixes this. For now, I am just trying to avoid being the host.

It's just splatoons general jank netcode, while yes splatoon 3s netcode is less jank then the previous entries it still based on the first games 10 year old code. It doesn't help that since splatoon 2 the input latency has increased and the refresh rate of the p2p connection has been reduced from 25Hz -> 16Hz

A global online based p2p is just a bad way of doing it, many of these issues can be mitigated by doing central server system. But unfortunately that likely won't happen anytime soon, i don't have high hopes for splatoon 4.
