Hey I just needed some help with where the extracted files need to go into my sd card files. I’m pretty new to modded 3ds and I bought this one not too long ago, so this would help out a lot 🙏🏾

Extract the zip file. Insert the SD card from the console into your computer, then copy the folders from the extracted zip to the SD card, choosing to merge files if prompted

sense shes doing it through ftpd, would just doing what you said (without actually having the sd in the pc, of course) work?

assuming filezilla works the same way as the regular files app does

it is most advisable to use an adapter to do this or any other device that you can ftp with

simple reason is because the homebrew that you are replacing is likely actively in use and open by the 3ds

otherwise, depending on the applications in question here, perhaps an alternative would be if they have built-in updaters(?)

the only concern is a version incompatibility if this is the case if whatever apps were open did not get replaced (what pops into my mind is luma itself which is what is important here), but if it is not being used in ftpd, then it should just replace it simply
