My wii u wont link my pretendo account to my user. It keeps saying my information is wrong even though I have it infront of me and it clearly isnt. What should I do

did you accidently made your pnid username the same as your nnid?

no i originally made it for my 3ds and made sure it was the same user i use for everything now a days cuz my old user was dumb

i unlinked my original nnid to my pre existing user so i can add my pnid to that user at least thats what i was told to do

i was just saying i signed back into my nnid cuz it wouldnt let me play some of the games i downloaded and when that didnt work i tried going back into my pnid and same issue
account swap wont even work when it did when i first was doing stuff

just go into aroma plugin menu and turn off inkay and reboot
make a new user and link your nnid to it

Home Menu > Left + D-pad Down + Select to enter Aroma plugin menu > Inkay > make sure pretendo is set to true > reboot
