But doesn't work at all

Additional details : my pretendo id has a different country region than my nintendo network id , i decided to change it to my second legal nationality cause I HATE MY BIRTH COUNTRY SO MUCH

Despite the online features of games worked nintendo eshop NEVER existed in my country due the political international blockades and restrictions cause my country is trash

Ive tried changing the region of my pretendo network id back to the region of my nintendo network id but still nothing

Can you do system settings and then Nintendo Network ID on Nintendo?
