Kicked out of mario kart 8 lobby + frozen after

I got the common "A communication error has occurred." i rejoined with 2 other people and the lobby froze before loading tbe selected map. Image below :

Is this a tournament? If so, tournaments don’t work on pretendo just yet. Unfortunately you will have to wait a bit until they are working. Hope this helps!
