it's a way to uniquely identify you and your console; which you can't really change without spoofing and causing issues. in theory I could post my drivers' license card number without it being useful immediately, but if anything happened to change that I wouldn't be able to take it back

it's because we created a beta server with a proxy in docker and suddenly it changed its fc except that the server closed and from what alexis told me his fc would not have changed on the pretendo server after the closure of our proxy server and
suddenly his fc is linked to that of magic7
