Hello, after a couple of months not playing my console, yesterday, I played MarioKart 7 on Pretendo Network. In the middle of a match, I left the game.
Today I tried to go in my Friend List and it says I ‘m banned (err-code : 002-0102), I also tried to play MarioKart 7 online and Pokémon and the same error appears. What can I do to play again on Pretendo Network ?

Maybe two silly questions, but @unkempt nexus did you get your console second hand? And if so, was it on CFW already when you got it?

I got my console second hand on may 2021. It was not on CFW, hacked it myself and transfered data from my older console.
Also, Pretendo was working well before today.

I was thinking about the possibility of a previous owner, who may or may not have had it run on CFW, using the system files of this console on another console or emulator and hypothetically speaking got the console banned like that

Idk, some signs shows that the console was likely never hacked before I bought it. Original 4Gb SD card, nothing on the SD but the folders of a « legit » console.
So idk what can cause my issue. A bit disappointed of this.

I had a similar problem although the error was different from Dhalian (who is a friend :p)
Updating Nimbus, interchanging Nintendo then Pretendo solved the problem.

I give the information in case to maybe help to find are problem ^^

Ahhh childhood mistakes. Never updated my MarioKart Mii tho. Welp, I understand the ban 😭.
I assume bans are permanent ? Because to be honest, I just never ever updated the Mii again, this Mii was remaining since Nintendo Network era. I just forgot to change it since the time.
