#having trouble connecting my pretendo ID to my console

When i try to log in with my pretendo id it keeps giving me the error: 102-2613 saying that i may have used the id of another service. I also unlinked my Nintendo account from the user. Everything is uptodate. If anybody has a solution please lmk

@hearty bobcat first of all you dont need to unlink your NNID from your user

just make a new user

#

if you can relink it so you can redownload stuff and just in case

make a new user and make sure you have enabled inkay
