Now That I see what's going on, I'll try to help you with all I know, starting with some questions if you don't mind

First, did you make a pretendo network account prior to That? The username has to be different from you NNID

If you did go back to nimbus and press on pretendo again then try to sign in again

Right, go to Nimbus and switch to Nintendo Network.

Then power off, power back on, select Pretendo.

Then try again.
