I noticed that when I create it on the web first, the PNID I use on the web appears as "This Nintendo Network ID is already used" when I type it into the 3DS
Even if I change it a little it still gives the error code 022-2402

i also got it trying to register on my n2dsxl and o3dsxl and got the same error. i tried it on the website and it said password must have a combination of letters, numbers, and/or punctuation characters, why and why isn't that said on the console?

is your luma3ds version 13.1.2 and nimbus version 1.6.1? and are they installed on the sd card?

that will fix the error

It's the ban message but not the ban error code, that code for some reason uses that
