Are you sure you’re connected to pretendo
i am.
Does it say connected to pretendo network in the top left hand corner on bootup
i think i have to backup all of my save data to my sd card and make a new user again….
yes it does
Are you doing this on a new user
Did it have any id linked to it
yes, a pretendo one
So then what’s the problem
Try doing it on another new user
You don’t need to back up anytning to make a new one
ok.
i will later, first i gotta relive my stress and anxiety before i do

So sorry to hear that this happened
is this the thread where imora banned someone for having depressed in their username and ignored all context
Well that's good to know
Helloo, I seem to also have the same problem. I have CFW on and when I boot up the console on the top left corner it says that I'm connected to Pretendo, so everything is setup properly and should work fine. How can I fix this?
Inkay and Nimble are both installed
Update: also, if I try to activate Wara Wara Plaza from the advanced settings, it messes with my normal NNID. Basically after the change in settings, the console rebootes and I'm asked to insert my password. Due to the fact that I could not link my PNID account for some reason, I try to enter the Plaza with my normal NNID account. It's here that I'm asked to insert the password, but even though I type the correct password, I get an error that says that it's incorrect (even though it's literally not).
This is actually a problem that I had when I tried connecting to Pretendo without Homebrew, with the DNS method, however I thought it was just a bug that would be solved if I had Pretendo with all the functions available thanks to Homebrew and CFW.
Please help me if you can, 'cause right now I can't access to Pretendo at all
Update: apparently by logging out and then requesting a password reset of the PNID from the website I now can link the PNID account normally. Weird tho
To be honest this is one strange issues but if it's fixed that's wonderful and hopefully others with this issues will fix it too
Yeah, I hope. It's weird 'cause I don't even know what might be the origin of the issue. Either way, since it's now fixed I should have nothing to worry about anymore.
Thanks for the answer tho
