i'm trying to connect my pretendo account on my 3ds but i get this error message

I have that to sometimes I just switch back to Nintendo then back to pretendo and it works

Also if that doesn't work then uninstall nimbus then re-install and try again 👍

Yep, switch to Nintendo, log in on any NNID service (eShop works), switch back to Pretendo, link your PNID again and it should work
