it says already linked to another console but when i switch from pnid back to nnid its logged in

I dont really get it. Are you saying that you have a nnid already linked to your console and it says when you switch to pretendo that your pnid is already linked to annother console when you didnt link it to annother console?

And are both your pnid and nnid the same name? It dont work if its both the same id and passwords if i remember correctly

You cant unless you connected it to a 3ds or wii U and change it from there

Im not sure tough. You should ask at those in general-they are much more aware than i am at how pretendo works
