Hi, i play splatoon 1 on pretendo. All other wii u games run fine on the network, but splatoon 1 doesnt. At first, it runs fine and never has any lag, then suddenly it says it is unstable and then loses connection. No other games do this. I’ve tried on four different wifi networks, and my wii u sits right next to the router. My switch runs splatoon 3 just fine also. It also used to run completely fine on nintendo network. Please help

Splatoon is notorious for it
just make sure you have good internet and theres not much else you can do
if you read #announcements , youll know that Pretendo is releasing updates soon to improve this issue

im so glad, it never happens to me on cemu, its just on wii u. because im next to a router, it is near perfect internet

I use an Ethernet adapter on mine and I still can’t play 😂
I tried the fix posted by Spletz, it was no bueno for me. I had the same problem yesterday, and I was able to play 2 matches last night but it was very late, almost midnight eastern my time.
Can’t get in at all today. Friends list doesn’t even load by itself
I’m just glad they had it working at all to be totally honest
