I broke my account

the website lets you sign up with more than 16 characters but the 3ds only lets you input a max of 16 characters for the password and I signed up on the website with 32 characters, now I can't access the account I created at all, can't login on the website or reset my password. I feel as if I broke the database file for my account. 😭

If you already created the other account with too many character’s it’s toast, you have to make a new one

It’s not like you loose much you haven’t even used it yet

We've fixed an issue that was causing password reset emails to not be sent and discord account linking to fail 👍

Someone knows how to enter to an account without email? My account is broken, and I can't enter to my account, I have posted, but nobody responded. Also, I created another account but it's says to me that the password it's incorrect (It's correct, I always save my password on a password manager). I tried to reset my password, but the button doesn't work to submit
