I got charged for another month when it's only been about a week or so and now my account was cancelled?
I messaged the twitter account but I'm not sure if that was right so I'm leaving a post here.

I want to update that the original amount was taken out on the 17th.
Before then I have the subscription but it was past due and eventually reverted. I was able to pay the $10 on the 17th thinking it would send me into next month on the 17th. So I'm really confused why I got charged again on the 23rd...and then my account was canceled.
Right now all I want is my account reinstated and a refund of the $10 that was taken. My bill should be on the 17th of every month. Not the 23rd.

It looks like I'm still not able to access the tester discord though. Is that going to get reinstated soon?
I'm not at home and I'm using discord on mobile so maybe it's a mobile bug if it's already been reinstated...

Hello! Looks like this has happened again. I'd rather just re-open this error since it's the exact same one.
I was just charged another $10 even though I already re-subscribed from a previous failed attempt. This is very frustratning as I needed that to get lunch today...

Yeah this also happened to me. I have proof of the charges and activation emails to solidify said proof.
I couldn't tell you. I have 0 control over that, we don't handle anything related to billing. That's all with Stripe, not us
All we do is direct you to Stripe, link your PNID to the customer data on Stripe's end, and then listen and react to events sent by Stripe
I checked the Stripe logs and refunded the duped charge, and restored your PNID
Hey, Jon, I'm having the same problem. Must be a hard day in the office over at stripe.
I saw, I got your ping. It takes me a minute to fix things, I have to manually pull up your account information on our end and then pull it up on Stripe's, and then actually look into things
