completely understandable
but unfortunately
there two error codes for 3ds and wiiu are common and appear random
the only solution i know is to try a few times like in Splatoon(wiiu) go into the lobby 5-10 times and if it doesn't work try tomorrow that fixed it for me
but like i sayed no real fixes it's random and disappears random
