so i have installed pretendo. gotten my pnid and everything and made sure to check everything so that i got everything right. and according to the guide on the website i did. i managed to fix some of the mistakes i did make while installing and i STILL get that error code. like im truly out of ideas on what could have gone wrong. i am on the pretendo server currently. i have activated game patching and that other option on the luma configuration menu. i have the latest luma. i have a pnid. and i installed pretendo correctly otherwise i wouldnt have made it this far. is there something im missing?

This guy is getting the same error as you and is trying to fix it with another person. To put it simply you or the person you boght your 3ds from had your device banned from Nintendo Network previously and changed an internal file which wasn't checked by Nintendo but is on Pretendo.
