Your still not banned, make sure luma is set up correctly when holding start on boot
Both Game patching and firm patching is enabled
And your luma version is up to date

i enable luma patches also but i enable luma patches first and then reinstall nimbus?

i tried switching back to nintendo account but it wouldnt switch for some reason, i deleted nimbus via fbi 2 times and ensured my luma patches were enabled, do i just disable and enable the patches again before installing nimbus?

No, completely switch back to Nintendo network via nimbus, if your unable to fully reinstall manually, or via universal updater. Also make sure a boot.firm exists on the root of your SD card
