I know what you mean. Maybe try this?

Log into your PNID on your console, making sure to enable saving the password

Ensure the account does not have 5 or more friends in your friends list
Launch dumpling (HB store or https://dumplingapp.com/)
Dump your online files to a USB drive or your SD
3.1. (optional) If you do not already have a dump of your game and update files, dump those as well, and place them into the appropriate folders for cemu
Transfer the dumped files to your PC
Place the sys and usr folders into your mlc01 folder (usually it's in cemu's root folder, if you didn't change it), place otp.bin and seeprom.bin in cemu's root folder
Open cemu, options -> general settings -> account should be Pretendo, online mode enabled and it should say "Your account is a valid online account"
