I never got the notification of streetpass relay when I am on the latest version of Nimbus and my streetpass is on and I am wondering if people are experienced this. And how does streetpass relay work? Can somebody tell me????

They also said that you'd only be able to Streetpass with people in your Friend List. I have added some people in there and have had one Streetpass with most of them. I'm hoping it'll get to how it was in the old days and I'll encounter these people in groups.

It’s limited to friends only due to security concerns. Every single game which used this data has both SDK level and implementation level exploits regarding how the data is parsed. In order to mitigate any potential spread of this malicious data it’s only distributed to people in your friends list, as we assume you generally trust those you’re friends with. Without many dozens, if not hundreds, of custom patches we cannot safely remove the “only with friends” requirement. And making all those patches is simply unrealistic

Understood - all good. I have added some people recently from the forums just so I can see it working but have only encounted them once each. I expected to meet them repeatedly.

SPR works on a time based system. It only requests passes at certain intervals. Some users have messed up RTCs. Removing the battery resets the RTC
