this is a free service, and the developers work on it on their free time. even if it's been in development for years, it sounds like you don't know how hard it is to reverse engineer whole server architectures from scratch

I don't see pretendo devs asking money to make an account and play, they're doing it out of passion and out of the need to preserve the games' online functionality
they're called donations for a reason, if you wanna donate and support the project, feel free to do so, because servers and the time needed to develop this service are not cheap

pretendo devs will fix things when they have the time, again, you're complaining about a free service which goes against any kind of moral code lol
