Try temporarily changing your system language to Spanish.

It worked for me changing the language to Spanish

It might not work but I feel that it you can get your PNID if you remember what language you put on your console (so like the first language that you put when you got the console)

i had to do entirely different steps changing the language did nothing for me 💀
